For those of you that have started your business, give the rest of us some advice. How'd you do it? What were the pitfalls? What were the benefits? Why or why wouldn't you do it again?

I did it backwards I tried several business ideas instead of doing research. If I had done research in the beginninng I could have saved some time. If you are in the beginning I would say take your time and do your research and create a plan.

Once you have a plan it is easier to get the ball rolling and add the correct people to your team.

For me trying several business worked because I enjoyed the practical experience but I could have saved a lot of time and entered into my market earlier to establish my business.
