Scenario - In the growing Hamilton Heights area of Harlem there is a small cafe/restaurant seeking involvement from outside individuals.  Initially starting as a cafe with coffee and pastries only, the owners have gradually expanded the menu to include sandwiches, burgers and salads - but know they have yet to find the right mix for success.  Located just steps away from the entrance to a busy subway stop, and situated in a neighborhood that is increasing in income and diversity, the restaurant could be very successful with the right management and concept.

Opportunity - To this point, the owner has been seeking one of three things: 1) A buyer who will purchase the business outright; 2) An investor who will contribute a substantial figure to improve the business and get things going in the right direction; or 3) A partner who will manage the restaurant bringing new life and energy to the business and possibly a new concept.  For program graduates with Business Plans for restaurants or cafes, this could be a tremendous opportunity to launch your concept without having to raise all the capital required and steps needed to start a business from scratch.  The owners are open to creative solutions for reaching the potential of the establishment, and would be willing to share ownership with the right person or group who can revamp the restaurant and manage it to success.

If this is of interest to you or someone you know, I can make a direct connection to the owner.
